Butcher Question?

Does anyone know of a good butcher for more esoteric kinds of meats in NYC? Phil and I are looking for elk, ostrich and other stuff in that vein.

Now that we’ve moved into our new office we are basically going to live there so its time to get our lifting diets really in place which means MOAR MEATS.
